Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Entebbe Airport - Entebbe Hotel (Approx. 10-30 mins drive)

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Check in and relax after your journey, enjoying the tranquil surroundings as you prepare for the adventure ahead. Overnight stay on a bed-and-breakfast basis.

After breakfast at your hotel in Entebbe, depart for Kibale Forest National Park, a region renowned for its rich biodiversity and lush tropical forest. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch, and in the afternoon, enjoy a guided nature and bird walk through the communtiy-run Bigodi Swamp Sanctuary, a haven for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. Later, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Full board included.

After breakfast at your lodge, set out for an unforgettable half-day chimpanzee tracking adventure. You’ll be transferred to the park headquarters at Kanyanchu for a 30–40 minute briefing, where you’ll learn about the chimpanzees and their fascinating behavior in the wild. Accompanied by expert guides, venture into the forest to observe these intelligent primates in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to your lodge for an early lunch before departing for Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive in time to settle in and enjoy the evening at leisure. Full board included.

Start the day with an early breakfast before heading out on an exciting morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains, a prime area for spotting wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled for lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, antelopes, warthogs, waterbucks, bushbucks, and many more species. Afterward, transfer to the northern sector of the park, known as Mweya, for lunch.

In the afternoon, embark on a scenic boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway linking Lake Edward and Lake George. This cruise offers incredible views of hippos, crocodiles, and a rich variety of birdlife along the shores. After the cruise, continue to the Ishasha sector, famous for its tree-climbing lions, where you’ll spend the night. Full board included.

Begin the day with a morning game drive in the Ishasha sector, famous for its rare tree-climbing lions and other wildlife that inhabit the area. After your safari, continue your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge, surrounded by the park’s lush, mist-covered hills. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay. Full board included.

Today is dedicated to one of the most unforgettable wildlife experiences in the world—gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Accompanied by expert guides, venture deep into the dense forest to track and observe a family of endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. You’ll have the rare opportunity to spend an hour with these gentle giants, watching them interact, feed, and play. After this once-in-a-lifetime encounter, return to your lodge to relax and reflect on the day’s incredible adventure. Full board included.

After an early breakfast, depart for Lake Mburo National Park, traveling through scenic landscapes along the way. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided nature walk through the park, one of the best ways to experience Lake Mburo’s wildlife up close. With no large predators present, you can safely approach animals such as zebras, impalas, and elands in their natural environment. Return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Full board included.

After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive as you exit Lake Mburo National Park, with chances to spot impalas, zebras, oribi, topi, elands, and other wildlife. Continue your journey with a stop at the Equator for a fascinating water demonstration and memorable photo opportunities.
